All data in one system
For the first time, data from mobile and stationary gas detection equipment is brought together in a single system. In addition to providing a comprehensive overview of employee exposure, it offers trend information based on measurement data from fix ed transmitters and mobile gas detection devices. By automatically documenting all data, GDC helps you operate in compliance with regulations and enhance both employee and plant safety. Boost your efficiency through networked devices, automated documentation, smart device configuration and reduced service expenses.
The best possible overview – anytime, anywhere
Via the web front-end, you can view the location and movements of individuals at any time and from any location. The X-am 2800/5800 can also trigger a motionless alarm and a panic alarm, which are then forwarded directly to the web application. You c an also check live data from Dräger Pac, X-am 2600, X-am 2800, X-am 5800 and X-zone devices, such as readings and device status, via the web application. Should an alarm occur, you will be notified immediately. Live data and GPS information from mobile gas detectors with Bluetooth are forwarded via the GDC app to a smartphone or the Dräger ConHub gateway. Data from the REGARD 7000 or REGARD 3000 plus can also be sent to GDC via the Edge Device. This means you have an overview not only of locations and readings from mobile gas detectors, but also of data from fixed gas measurement devices within a single system. Retrospective analysis of personal gas exposure data is possible at any time.
Reduced effort
In Dräger Gas Detection Connect, you can view information about your devices quickly and easily. Remote access via GDC to the data from your REGARD gas detection system via the Edge Device allows maintenance work to be planned proactively and efficie ntly. This enables not only your service organisation but also us to plan and carry out service activities optimally. Data, certificates and test results from the portable gas detectors are stored in the cloud backend via the Dräger X-dock stations. The Azure cloud backend, which receives data from connected test stations, handles the management and storage of device data, test information, measurement data and other details. But the reverse is also possible: firmware updates can be distributed to and initiated on X-docks via the backend. The device fleet can be set up remotely using flexibly configurable templates, which are distributed efficiently and automatically via GDC to all connected X-dock stations. As your X-dock stations are always connected, we offer you fair flat-fee pricing.
Making the most of your collected data
Thanks to the user-friendly design, you can view and utilise your data effectively. Both live and past events that have been transmitted to and documented in the cloud backend via the Dräger ConHub, the smartphone app, the Dräger X-dock Station or th e Dräger Edge Device can be analysed and exported at any time. All your event and device data can be filtered and narrowed down using search functions, and thus compiled for export to Excel. Reports can be customised from the collected information and automatically sent by email at flexible intervals. Furthermore, integration with third-party systems for easy data exchange is possible at any time via a variety of APIs.
Data Protection and Data Security
A range of measures ensures the protection and security of your data: You can use roles and permissions to control who can view which personal data. Location profiles are decoupled from personal data after one hour if no alarm has been triggered. Nat urally, high security standards apply to device access, encryption and provisioning.
Predictable IT costs
Dräger Gas Detection Connect is a ready-to-use system that requires no IT support on your part. The software can be used via the web application shortly after ordering and has been designed to be intuitive, requiring no additional training. The IT co sts for the software are covered entirely by Dräger. This means that use of the Microsoft® Azure Cloud, data hosting, software updates and support functions are included in the GDC license. With our centralised Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution, you can significantly reduce your internal IT workload.
Automatic connection in the field
With the Dräger ConHub, Bluetooth®-enabled portable gas detectors within range connect automatically and send data to the cloud backend. Users simply need to wear the gas detector as usual and can get on with their work. This minimises sources of err or and takes user-friendliness to a whole new level.
